I’m afraid the agent hasn’t addressed both of my previous points / concerns, one of which was the type of cladding material being proposed. A natural wood cladding, rather than cement fibre which has a ‘plastic’ appearance would be more suitable for the conservation area. To clarify, next door (No. 4 Mill Lane) used an oak cladding, left natural.
