y TPS] I have the following concerns:Works starting at 7am may cause distur=
bance to nearby residents due to construction traffic and plant arriving to=
 site at site set up stage and plant equipment being operated throughout th=
e construction phase before 8am.Noise and dust mitigation measures are lack=
ing in detail.The noise control element of the Construction Traffic Managem=
ent Plan (CTMP) should include the type of equipment to be used and appropr=
iate noise reduction measures to be implemented [including the use of acous=
tic screens and enclosures where appropriate].Dust control measures are exp=
ected to include consideration of activities with potential to cause dust e=
missions [including earthworks] and detail specific effective control measu=
res.The applicant is requested to provide further information. BS5228-1:200=
9 includes guidance for control of noise from construction sites whilst IAQ=
M document =E2=80=98Guidance on the assessment from demolition and construc=
tion, 2024=E2=80=99 includes recommendations for the control of dust. The a=
pplicant is requested to consult the appropriate guidance and detail achiev=
able and practical measures that shall be implemented on site during the co=
nstruction phase.The CTMP includes that noise and dust shall be closely mon=
itored. Details of monitoring methodology are requested. It is anticipated =
that noise monitoring shall be in accordance with a methodology included in=
 annex E of BS5228-1:2009 and that dust monitoring shall be in accordance w=
ith guidelines detailed in the IAQM guidance document.Details of the water =
supply to site are requested to ensure there is an adequate supply to ensur=
